Method:
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add onions, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves & bay leaf. Cook till golden brown. Add the vegetables and stir fry. Add Mother India Biryani Pulav Masala. Pour 4 cups of water. Add salt and lemon juice. When water boils, add soaked rice and more water if required. Cover the pan of rice a well fitting lid. Slow down the fire and cook till the rice is done (10-15 min).
