Pav Bhaji Masala

Ingredients
» 1 cup chopped cauliflower » ½ cup chopped french beans
» ½ cup green peas » ½ cup finely chopped capsicum (green peppers)
» 2 potatoes » 4 tomatoes (puree)
» 2 onions ( chopped) » 4 tsp Mother India Pav Bhaaji Masala
» chili powder 2½tsp ginger-garlic paste » chopped coriander leaves
» salt to taste » lemon
» Pav (buns) » butter.

Method:

Boil potatoes and mash them. Boil & mash all the vegetables to form a coarse pulp. In a pan, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add half of the chopped onions. Sauté for a minute and add boiled vegetables. Allow to cook. Now add mashed potatoes, tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste. Add Mother India Pav Bhaaji Masala, chilli powder and salt. Cook till bhaaji thickens. Add chopped coriander leaves. Give slits to the buns keeping the base intact. On a griddle, melt some butter. Roast the buns on both the sides as well as the inner surfaces. Serve pav and hot bhaaji with chopped onions and a piece of lemon.
