Method:
Boil potatoes and mash them. Boil & mash all the vegetables to form a coarse pulp. In a pan, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add half of the chopped onions. Sauté for a minute and add boiled vegetables. Allow to cook. Now add mashed potatoes, tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste. Add Mother India Pav Bhaaji Masala, chilli powder and salt. Cook till bhaaji thickens. Add chopped coriander leaves. Give slits to the buns keeping the base intact. On a griddle, melt some butter. Roast the buns on both the sides as well as the inner surfaces. Serve pav and hot bhaaji with chopped onions and a piece of lemon.
